Rhonda Henry
Rhonda Henry is the heart behind 3AVX — bringing warmth, wisdom, and integrity to every part of the journey. As co-leader of the company, a licensed commercial broker, and a realtor, she helps guide operations, client relationships, and community outreach with a steady, compassionate hand. With decades of experience in both ministry and business, Rhonda leads with clarity, care, and accountability. She believes every client interaction should feel professional and personal. Outside of 3AVX, Rhonda is a devoted wife, mother, and mentor who finds joy in helping others grow. Her passion is building people — and leaving a legacy that lasts.

Orel Henry
Born and raised in St. Croix as the youngest of 12, Orel Henry developed a passion early on for helping others grow and succeed. His journey — shaped by life experience, education, and leadership — fuels the heart of 3AVX’s mission. After moving to Atlanta for college (where he met his wife, Rhonda), Orel built a career in business and technology, supporting growth across corporate, government, education, and nonprofit sectors. In 2010, they made their home in the Triad, where 3AVX was born. Today, Orel leads with vision and a deep commitment to purpose-driven impact. He holds a degree in Engineering, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership. Outside of work, Orel enjoys time with family, island life vibes, and staying connected to his roots. Fun fact: he’s happiest in flip-flops near the water!
